 It's a fantastic Spring day in RMNP. Looking across the glacial valleys to the continental divide from Deer Mountain. I'm in Ansel Adams mode. Maybe some snow on Sunday, but perfect weather now. Canon 5Dmk3, Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM, f/11, ISO 250, [1/640s, 1/400s, 1/250s], lens focal length 50mm. 04/26/14 9:43am.

In response to the first comment, this image is 100x better in black&white than color.

I have no idea why this is scoring sub-6. It's a better photo than that. I do think the image loses a lot at 800px.

I was stunned to find out that this image placed 42 in this challenge.

I really like this and gave it a 9.

Goes to show that there are varying tastes when it comes to photography.

This scene is better in b&w. It is not as good in color. This challenge was for b&w images.
