This was shot on the fourth location in about an hour of shooting, and was one of only about eight images with the telephoto. It was shot through a light ground fog.
About three minutes after this shot, a solid bank of clouds obscured the moon.
I feel fortunate to have witnessed and photographed another total lunar eclipse.
Thanks everyone. I will know more about how to do this next time, hopefully later this year.
