When I was around 12 years old I used to help a woman who was a bird rehabilitator she was given a pair of Collared dove's
that needed to be rehabed. We had them healthy in no time but we couldn't let them go because they aren't native in our area.
She gave me one to keep and I have it for years. Beautiful bird your shot brought back alot of great memories.
Very smart birds and the one I had was fairly easy to tame. |
