A clean little town, as presented here. Good job. The crisp white borders are a good choice. Once upon a time, I tried to capture the essence of the town I lived in, & only got a bunch of shots that could be anywhere. So for me, this is a difficult thing to do, & I appreciate the apparent ease with which you found one shot after another. Of course you have had lots of practice in SF & you make that look easy, too. You have a good eye for architecture. The transition between town shots & countryside shots was too abrupt for me but maybe that's because these shots tell such a clear story. About the missing people--I would be very interested in some thoughts from you about why you leave them out. |
