I know that some people think I should move on to something else -- but I get an incredible amount of joy, when it comes to slower shutter speed shots, to try to get the water and the gull to make an interesting combination.
I liked this one from the beginning -- simply because it looked like the gull was flying out from a waterfall. Or becoming part of a waterfall.
It seemed to just shimmer.
I had other gull shots I considered:
This is the one I wanted to enter, and was going to, until I started looking back at the dumb gull shots:
So there's no more chance for that one, until the art of the century challenge. :)
