this is extraordinary. (for dpc). the subtle colour and contrast which I attribute to the foveon sensor and the Patrick sensor so utterly suits this landscape which you cover so patiently calmly meditatively. details are revered, not exploited).

Where ever Bird Rock is.... the high vantage point view of this landscape is beautiful.
To my eye this appears a normal contrast. Less contrast (but maybe sometimes more -micro contrast, a DXO option I recently discovered to be useful) often in landscapes renders certain realism of atmosphere-haze/distance. The colour has a soft seasonal (early spring from my geographic palette) quality.

Very nice stitching job. Personally, I'd have probably bumped the contrast and saturation a little, but that's just my style -- colors are great.
