-RGB and Blue Curves through separate masks to land and water/sky areas

-clone out ducks (which had become tiny white specks)
-USM at 16%/64 dia/TH = 0
-USM at 66%/0.6 dia/TH = 5 (applied twice)
-SaveAs JPEG at 98% quality = 255KB
