Not keen fan of the layer you used but i like the composition and the b&w style nice detail.. i like how the stairs lead you too the top.. very well done

Hope you had a chance to climb it to see what was at the top. The stairs lead me through the image nicely. Some blown out areas are a bit distracting though.
