i hope it's paul and i hope you get points for this, though based on the thread you won't. you make photographs into art forms that i can't ever hope to arrive to. the intricacies of this picture are too many to describe.
if you're not paul by chance, then I give you serious props.
I regret that you told us that "She dreams" - I prefer to think of this image as a part of a ritualistic dance, of an epiphany of sorts, of a moment from a tale in which one of the characters turns into a swan - so, I ignore the title and follow her look!
The motion and lack of clarifying light is enough to evoke the dream sense your title implies. The ride stuff in the upper right is somewhat offputting, but in a way that works within the photograph, if that makes sense.
