Wind started blowing like a tornado, had some fire works to set off to add to this.... Sooo the only place to even get them to light was the garage, yes, you can guess the rest of the story..... After putting out the fire, and hiding the evidence (hubs not home) I went Phffftttt I'll go with my glow sticks!
Disqualification Details
The Expert Editing rules do not allow the use of the text tool, or of any tool to add text to an image. Currently the only legal way to get text into an expert submission is to photograph the text and add it as an image layer. However, due to the confusion regarding use of text in this challenge (it had been flagged as permitted in challenges I and II and was inadvertently omitted in this round), we have opted to issue DQs "without penalty", meaning that this DQ will not be considered when evaluating possible future suspensions or self-DQs.

Fun image that pulls out all the stops. Celebratory, in its own way. The reds and purples work well.
