its needs a tighter crop and a lot more polish its also needs to have distracting elements like the grass/weeds in the foreground and the smokestacks in the back cloned out.
the sky is also blown out and could use better tones but that's more of a product of the time of day. try this shot again closer to dawn or dusk.
