I liked the idea but the execution left a bit to be desired. I cranked tight the aperture, trying to get an interesting star pattern, but at 12mm, f/22, image quality was pretty terrible.

Very nice sunburst shot! The lines in the tree make for a very interesting photograph. I think a bit more depth of field would be a nice enhancement, but that is my style more than anything.
