There is a certain amount of mystique, as if you are peeking through the trees, and you have just discovered a beautiful location. It could work really well, but perhaps if all the trees were thin saplings, and get rid of the fat birch.

This is a different, refreshing photo. It seems to glow in black and white, and there is a lovely marriage of bark textures and the twigs against the snow and the darker background of trees. 10 from me!
I can't really understand your composition here. You seem to be shooting through the trees instead of using them to frame your picture, and they're very distracting.
