Superb focus and detail. So hard to do on a moving subject! Would love to know how/if you lit the cat with flash (or was it natural light)?

That's a fierce Cat.. The eye is absolutely stunning.
The blurring around the nose and mouth, however, seems a bit overdone.

I like the focus on the eye but there is just something off or missing for me. I can't put my finger on it though. Maybe I need a big more in focus. To much DOF going on here? But I do like the composition and the black on black with the light on the cat so I am going to still give you a higher score.
