To me eating this weed is strange, but I found recipes on the internet - this salad was one - I made the dressing according to the recipe, the dandelions are from my backyard unfortunately. I apologise if this is an everyday meal for some.

This is my favourite. It's wacky because it's a weed but it's true because people make food with dandelion flowers and dandelion roots. I"ve had dandelion wine and it's quite tasty.10
