Seriously though, nice photo, from an abstract perspective I think it's lacking a little something that would take it to the top, but it is pretty darn good overall. Great textures in the left hand portion of the image.
Deceptively simple. Until you look at the human 'rust' and the rust of age. And yes, the drain inevitably is open, it still does its job, immaterial of its surroundings. I would love to see this in a 9:16 crop, black&white with the opening/plug almost in the right bottom corner. See, I love this image for its potential. Brave entree.
