Really a great shot with the warm tones and soft mood. The pose of the model does however not mirror this and creates more tension and discomform and I can rather more think about her discomfort. Im no pro with these kind of scenes but only saying how I percieve this shot. Technically it's perfect. Maybe have cloned out that one bright blade of grass on the left of image.
Very cool portrait with great exposure looking into the sun.
I might suggest trying to crop the left of the image, just slightly past her hair. I think that will focus more attention on her and make her stand out more.
