New York City lends itself to street shooting. Lots of people who are too busy to care about omnipresent cameras. Stealth does help and with the 5D MkII, prefocused in live view, there is no audible sound made when the shutter is released. It's possible to move in close and shoot from the chest without being detected.

The street walker theme is amazing. Such a great record of that location. I just don't have the plums to sit there and take images of total strangers from up close. With a 500mm aka 750mm on DX from 2 blocks down? No problem! ;)

Even the shoelace is embarrassed and wants to escape!
