My wife had a pottery class, so my son and I set out one night to play with ND filters. Ok, I'm playing with ND filters, he is playing with rocks and grass (he is almost 2).
We started at Pope Farms Park, where the sunflowers are not yet in bloom (I was disappointed for sure). But this set of trees always intrigues me, and especially as the sun sets with a few clouds in the air.
I took a number of shots of this scene, but finally came up with this one. The clouds were just right, the sun was just right, the shadows were just right, and the focal length I choose (35mm, instead of the 24mm I was using) allowed for better angles.
I'm very happy with this :)
Do you have a keen memory for past challenge entries? If so, you may remember these trees :) [thumb]1014176\[/thumb]
