Still part of my trying to get back into DPC mode. Yup -- back from the hard Minnesota trip, full swing into getting ready for my daughter's graduation. Graduating on the 15th, relatives coming in from out of town on the 13th. Absolutely no time to shoot for DPC.
Relatives are here. It's the 13th. No time to shoot for DPC.
Wait...
There are 7 of us??
There are 7 of us!!
We really should have a family picture to commemorate graduation!!
Absolutely! She really should have a picture of her family to bring to college with her. Don't you think?
Taken at my favorite abandoned power plant up in Richmond, VA. Unfortunately, the composition isn't very good, but hopefully that adds to the vaguely creepy feeling. But people kept coming in, so I didn't have time to recompose and really get it right.
Plus -- it gets hot in those paper bags!! Next time -- we do this in winter!!
Thanks for all the comments. Figured the score would be in the 5s on this one, but was hoping that it would tickle some funny bones or make a statement of some warped sort. :)

i m a fan of this image. The bags, the odd element, the harsh black and white, just the positioning. I thought of a family of mastermind criminals with the odd child who's not amused with their shenanigans.
Haha, I waited for your reaction before posting a comment myself :)
How come you didn't enter the last weeks, couldn't have given you more time...
Since everybody deserves a second chance, I'll be on a vacation the next weeks - so go for it now, because I'll bring back a lot of marvellous images that I will shoehorn in any possible challenge :)
