Thanks all for the wonderful comments.
This was taken in the window of my bathroom which has textured glass which helped and also wonderful light in the mornings.

For the sake of the scores, this delicate image got a 9 from me. Everything is balanced here, composition, economy of means and processing, hues. Great interpretation of the challenge without falling into the "impressionistic" trap.

I like the texture and the light. I think the painter might have kept the window frame perpendicular and the Earth seeking root inside the frame. I could be wrong. It's art. It's DMC.
