I can't tell that it's snow without your title. The processing hides it.
I like the image... but not the title very much. Let me imagine my own story about this lone runner. The viewer wants to explore the image and come up with it himself, I think.

I dont think this filter really helps us see the snow, just saying. Otherwise, good composition.
