I had another image in the first day... then decided it was much too cynical. It showed my disdain for tripling the cost of roses on this particular day of the year when you're a schmuck if you don't send them.
Any other day you send them, you get brownie points.
Why does commerce decide when we should tell someone we love them?
Anyway, I DO believe in love and romance and happily ever after... I'm living it (well, not ALL the time, of course).
Glad you avoided the cynical side. Leave that to those of us who are by nature less enthusiastic about romance... Congratulations on a wonderful Hallmark image some poor schmuck will have to go buy for his sweetie because the calendar says so. :-) (Seriously, another lovely 7 to add to your collection, along with another lovely ribbon. And red for a valentine's image is perfect!)
Ok Take this as a total compliment... I didn't reconize this because it's Sooooo Artistic, I am blown away... I thought it'd be the blue (yes even with Gyban) Total Admireation (crap I can't spell that) any how you get the meaning! LYDIA ROCKS ART!!!!
Congratulations about your much deserved ribbon, the silhouette is very effective and the composition perfect. I do agree with you about the commercial aspect of that particular day.
