Sea-pigeons are a great subject. I like the cool blue color on this one. I think this could be improved with a longer shutter speed. You got the focus down ok. But I think you could have metered of the feathers on the breast, instead of off the blue feathers. The feathers on the breast are brighter and you would have gotten maximum detail with a shorter shutter speed by metering off the highlight area of the breast. |
