This is one of my 8s - I like it a good deal. Furthermore I think it enriches the DPC collective portfolio. Put simply, I wish we saw more stuff like this. Let me tell you why it pushes all the right buttons for me:
1. Such an eclectic (but effective) composition - I like the placement of everything within your frame.
2. I really like the coloration too - the low saturation works really well.
3. The foreground structure (lava?) is really compelling and adds depth and texture to the image.
