Never heard the song, but I'll take your word for it. The shot definately fits the title perfectly. The angle and framing/cropping are great. I love the lower left placememnt of the wheel. The sky is beautiful and I like how you have silhouetted everything. Very nice. Good luck in the challenge.
I think the composition might have looked better more centered within the frame, however the angle you have on the subject is good. I understand if lighting conditions prohibited centering. It looks like it might have been too dark on the left anyways. Less empty space on the top could have helped you too.
