Normally these are seen with a long exposure, but I like the faster shutter used here. It greates some interesting line patterns.

I really like that you chose a realistic shutter speed. Lots of photos with this style of subject seem to move to longer and longer exposures, but the distorted reflection in the water is a feature, not a bug.
