 We have a tradition at work to celebrate the hottest day of the year with a water fight (and ice cream). Sometimes weather proves us wrong and we end up having to have a few water fights as the record temp keeps rising.

This is our QA manager getting blasted in the face.

Well I think that is a wonderful idea - what a great way to get out of work! Everyone certainly came fully prepared - I've never seen such big squirt guns!
