Her face seems a bit flat, though I cannot possibly tell you how to light it better to give more depth.

The focus on her eyes is excellent, but I think the lighting and/or processing makes her look almost nose-less; coupled with those huge eyeliner-rimmed eyes , I find this almost spooky.
