I think this is a little too close. Perhaps pursing the lips in a shhhh sound would have helped. It does remind me of a show called The Electric Company back in the 70's. They had a skit with two mouths ths close at opposite ends of the screen. They formed sounds to make words.

Amazing macro! Great lighting that shows all the detail on the face and finger. Good composition too. I can smell a ribbon? Hopefully!
