Nice image to try to replicate, I imagine it was difficult.
I like the original better as it feels more dynamic, but this is pretty good.

Obvious, even without the title, of which shot this is a remake. Composition is almost spot on, but you didn't achieve what the original had: implying fast motion without having the brush blurred - not saying your brush is blurred, it's just that the combination of brush and light looks more natural - must be the tilted view and a longer exposure with more than one light streak.
