The idea is cute. I like the way you have it framed/composed. The way the baby is all bundled up, it's believable that she just got in after a night of partying.
I think this picture would fit quite well into the current humor/humour challenge...funny!
The focus on this is soft enough to detract from the overall image. Seeing the face clearly would enhance this.

You're terrible parent! This is funny, actually. Your child is going to love this when he/she gets older. But, it is really blurry. I think you had a camer shake problem.

Cute idea, meets the challenge well. I am assuming the blur is intentional, might have liked it without blurring better, as the child says she's had enough celebrating without it!!
