very nice comp, pic looks quite small though and really with there was more light in front to bring out all the colours and textures just hinted at here.
I may hate sushi, but it sure makes for a good subject in food photography.
I like the image, but wonder if it has even more potential by changing your perspective and using depth of field ,ore to your advantage.
