Camera: Sony DSC-F828
Location: Binghamton University Nature Preserve
Date: Sep 6, 2004
Aperture: f/4.5
ISO: 64
Shutter: 1/800
Galleries: Nature, Floral
Date Uploaded: Sep 7, 2004

Taken during an exploration of a meadow in a nature preserve. I was just out shooting and didn't really have the challenge in mind, but then I noticed that there was a back-lighting challenge going on.

Cropped, resized, and adjusted colors.

There are a lot of backlit flowers in the challenge but this one stands out from the rest.

The background is too bright, it detracts from the gorgeous, well lit flowers.

I really like this picture, but it is a bit annoying where the sun makes a big blobby white spot in the middle of the flower.

A nice composition, but there are some blown out parts that distract.
