This is overly processed with the contrast or dodge and burn but for some reason I really like it. Your muted tones and strong contrast give the water a metallic look. And the clouds look pretty cool.

Wow, a very strong HDR. The water tones and boat are very well done. Not sure the clouds look very realistic to me. They are very dramatic nevertheless.

Overall I like this. Good composition, and good mood. But the deep blacks in the sky are throwing me off.

That's some serious tone mapping... Bear...? The water is almost oily. Very dramatic
