I gave it a 6 - kind of the average between the "impact" score of 3 I would have given it based on originality and interest and the "technique" score of 9 I would have given it based on the lighting and processing. I think tanguera is right - it's very well done and just right for the challenge or for illustrating silence in another context.

The concept is not very original but it fits the challenge and is shot skillfully.

the eyes don't seem to be the focus point which I think would be better.
