It's so strange, the longer I look, the more it becomes a 3D image, with the shade-tree moving towards me. I'll go puff a bit more on my pipe now. Hehe. Thanks.
I think creativity plays a major role in why I gave this photo a pretty high rating. For starters the black & white image neutralizes the grass and any color in the wall and draws focus to the high contrast in the tree's shadow on the wall. In the same manner the intense light on the trunk draws attention to the actual tree.
