Very slow handheld pan, where I pressed the button right before starting the downward movement (for detail plus smoothness) rather than into the movement (for obtaining just smoothness). Shot into the light, evening, camera set to Vivid.
The exercise was to get both detail and movement in one sweep.

SHERPET 'JEWEL' OF EXCELLENCE AWARD OF EXCELLENCE FROM SHEZ
Normaly these make me go euw... ( talking about the abstract look that some specialize in) (and just because it's not my cup of tea) but then I see things like this and go OH WOW... soo then I have to slap myself for being a snob and not studing the more artsy side of photography... Soo this long winded post actually means.. I think this is TOTALY AWESOME and I gave it a (oh lord I'm comming over to the dark side) 10 You will have to educate me on how to see this (in my camera lense!!!)
This is so cool
I love the streaks of white against the dark areas
Very interesting how there are details of the yellow leaves amid all of the abstract
Beautiful abstract of the autumn gold that adorns the trees. Love the simple lines and the rich warm golden hues that captures the attention. The lines and the gold 'dots' gives this composition texture - it is almost like brush strokes on a painting. Nicely done.
