I'm really at a loss as to why this finished so far down.
If you look at my comments, I had the blue and red ribbon pegged right behind this, but can understand how they finished ahead. Some of the other entries on the other hand, I really have no clue.

Just love this photo. The face and the reflection are a great juxtaposition against the buildings. I don't know why there'd be a huge face painted there, and that's part of the story.
