I fear that it didn't meet the challenge topic as well as some... being "During" apocalypse instead of "After" (yet still you finished well in the challenge which goes to show how wonderful your image is).
I'm guessing this is some sort of sporting event? It would be awesome to see some crisp detail in the raindrops and individuals. Expert isn't needed here, and perhaps you were limited by ISO performance, but I'd bump it by a stop at least. Good potential.

Is this a Tough Mudder?
Love the capture even though it doesn't fit the challenge. There will be detractors because the challenge is post, not during apocalyptic, but I don't care.
