I have a few objections for a rather nice image. The selective color does not add anything, it's more the idea behind the execution - I was tempted to do the same thing until LevT opened my eyes. Second, this is a street shot, not a portrait and while I am not a stickler to the rules, I think that's important to make the difference. 5

I like the discombobulation. I am not fond of the partial desat to point that out to us, though. With a little patience, we'll see it on our own.
