This geyser is erupting about every 4–8 minutes 15 – 20 m high, sometimes up to 40 m high.
This is not my best work of this month but very challenging and fun to do.

Thank you for votes and comments, got higher score then I expected! :)
Yes i know of all the flaws but this was not an easy task.
The water moving on, ca 22 m/s so the only way in the dark was to heavily underexpose and do the rest in PS, (noise and detail nightmare)
To do this properly i guess iso 12800 and F/1.4 would do the trick but that is a little out of my D90 reach ;)
Yes I will try this again, but even her in Iceland, this is not
a everyday view :)
I so wish the quality of this were better. The bottom especially looks like it lost a lot of detail due to processing. My assumption is that it was lost in the attempt to remove ISO grain?
What an incredible scene though, two amazing Earthly wonders in one capture. I wish I could have seen it.
Jeez, what a great great great spot. The shot is good, but not up to Free Study standards, as the foreground is out of focus, and the shot seems noisy and artifacted. Go do this again, it's a simply fantastic shot and idea.
