I guess that has my name written all over it (somebody will probably call me IreneM though) and the fact will garner me some low votes. I had a quite relaxed afternoon at the studio, that alone was worth it.

WTH? Woke up to a 8.08 @12 votes, an hour later 8.11 @15.
Will I finally break the elusive 8 barrier at rollover?
This will wear out my update button...

Peak at 8.3/29 votes, holding above 8 til vote #70, then all of a sudden a drop from 8.18 to 8.02 - without an additional vote; either a troll or someone voting on the keypad , wanting to change from 9 to 10, but hitting 1 instead? Next vote shooting me below the 8 :(
not really complaining, though, I'll take a 7.9 ish score any day - but it felt so good!

Back above 8, two favs and 9 comments. Nice!

Bad night tonight, down to 7.8. Still holding breath for a new PB. Not much voting or commenting going on at the moment.
[Oct. 2nd, 2012 07:00:05 PM] 5 hours before rollover still at 7.8333. After almost 7 years and 474 challenges this is still thrilling.
Post challenge: And it is still annoying to see the "Venser-Votes" as I call them now. Happy about the new PB after 20 months anyway. Thanks for your votes and comments, folks.

I could not pass by this photo without a good look...and it held my attention for a good period of time. Love this photo....
Would you mind discussing you lighting process? Thanks Jim in Rhode Island
you were not meant in person (though i may guess you didn' t give a 10 - and would never, unless you knew it was by one of your frequent ph award recipients)
If man ray took this picture I wouldn't give it a ten.
A striking image, but I'm not entirely sure I understand the enamor. It doesn't really create much in the way of a brain itch, but it is pretty in a 1980s space age kinda way. Congrats on the win.

Started looking online as to how to ship your reward that you are one point away from earning and what it looks like is that it isn't legal. I will do some more poking around to see if I can ship direct from a particular vineyard but not sure if it can happen. How about a pic of me drinking the bottle I was going to send? ;)
I expect you'll have guessed that I love this image ;-)) GREAT score and excellent work, Oliver.
Congrats on the blue and your new PB.
Liebe Grüße an euch!
