this is a nice shot--the colors in this photograph are pretty and the red bag is a nice touch! but from first glance, i am left wondering where he is going! i feel that a different composition might have helped this photograph even more. Maybe taken a little more to the left to show the the road going off into the distance? this also could have kept him being so centered in the frame--i think having him centered like this makes him almost get lost in the shot.
technically you have a very nice shot--great clarity and the DOF is very good as well. i wonder tho--if you were to leave the composition as is--if you pulled the DOF in a little tighter to blur the landscape in front of him from the fence back--it might make him stand out more as well. just a thought! all in all, nice work! :) |
