Now that's a cool looking blur shot. The distortion suggests it may have been shot in a wavy window, but I'm not certain of that.

I get a dark angel in the city feel from this shot. Shots like these amaze me that people can make a photo look so stylistically hand drawn. Lots of skill and vision go into a shot like this, it is not missed or under-appreciated. Well done.
