I like the position of the head. Not head on, but a bit sideway's, nice touch.
Good exposure, good dof. Nice lighting. It is one of a few picture's my eye is drawn to when I look at the thumbnails.

Aaron looks very unsure about this. Nice composition and DOF, although I still find the background a little bit distracting.
