This shot holds little appeal for me I'm afraid. The subjects have their backs turned on the viewer which immediately puts up a barrier. This coupled with the real barrier and limited view of the subject that the people seem interested in renders the scene quite pointless and bland. The colour in the distance is also quite 'dirty'. It is well composed (if a little skewed) but that off-screen action that seems to be more interesting than the scene we're looking at is quite frustrating! :) |
