How I did it--it's a process I call impulse editing. It's not an action, because it's slightly different for each comp. I don't know what I'm going to get out of the original until I'm done. I used the process described by Bear_Music as a take-off point:
It's rather OOB and makes one try to find an anchor point, that naturally doesn't exist. I fear you have one in a current challenge? :) Is this an action or manual construction? Would do well in some art galleries!
