I like everything about this but her expression. What's the story? Is she surprised? Upset? A bit irked? I'm iaagining her with one eyebrow raised as if to say "You're photographing me mostly naked?" and thinking that would've scored better.
I'm really surprised to not see this on the front page. I think it's one of the best in the challenge. Really really really great job!
Thank you so much! I'm suprised to hear this when I just barely finished under a 6. I thought this would at least bring in a 6.5+. Maybe it was too contrasty or had an uncomfortable vibe? Im not sure, I'd love to know but I know not every photo is a hit. I still have a long way to go in portrait photography. Maybe my new 5d mark 2 will help! Getting it this Friday! Thanks again!
I like it but it is a little more contrast than I like to see in this kind of portrait. Having said that, the extra white space is nicely handled however it washes out part of the hand at the window. A good effort.
Although th light is wonderful and the model is lovely, I'm unsure of her sentiment here. She seems uncomfortable or unsure of what is going on. Perhaps that was your intent
