Our little pup, Sirius, is starting to grow fast. He likes to hang around when we eat at the coffee table so this gave me an idea to do a 'sandwich thief' type shot. He loved it because he did get some pieces of roast beef as reward for trying to get to the sandwich.
A side note: Do you know how difficult it is to find perfect unbroken chips in a potato chip bag? It took me five minutes of searching just for the few that are seen on the plate.

So cute :-). I am not sure your lighting/composition works for me. The main focus is really on the very light coloured sandwich. Perhaps if you had cropped it so only part of the plate rim and a few chips were in the pic the attention would have been more on the dog. I love the way he "merges" into the BG.
Ha, mine does that all the time but the rascal can reach anywhere, looks a bit dry all that food, in fact it's probably better to let the dog have it, nice catch.
